Monitor Anywhere
Performance Data
Easily monitor your softener’s performance from the touch of your phone and learn about your household water use habits. Available data includes:
- Daily water treated
- Total water treated
- Last regeneration date
- Days to next regeneration
- Current flow rate
- Peak daily flow rate
Salt Sensor
Leak Alert
An alert will be sent if a constant flow of 2 (two) gpm or greater is detected for 20 minutes. This will bypass dishwashers and washing machines but signal a faucet left open or a toilet continuously running.
Remote Manual Regeneration
Manually regenerate the unit remotely from anywhere, simply with the touch of a button.
Service Reminder
For periodic service requirements you can set a reminder notification, so you will never forget. For example, if you have iron in your water, you may need to add a resin cleaner periodically.
Diagnostics
If your softener isn’t reaching its optimal performance, a diagnostic alert will notify you of the potential issue such as:
- Meter not working
- Regeneration interrupted
- Valve failed to complete or advance to next cycle position
- Device disconnected from WiFi
- Soft water recharge required
Optional Leak Alarm
A physical leak alarm placed near the floor drain will sound if a leak is detected and a message will be sent to your email.
Optional Remove Water Shut-Off
A ball valve installed in your plumbing will allow you to shut off the water to your entire home in case of a leak concern. You can also turn your water back on while away from home or on vacation.
