Free, online video-based training that you can do from anywhere in just 15 minutes. After completing the online training, you’ll receive our free WaterGroup Pro Advantage water testing kit, sales materials and softener sizing guide.

Step Two: Level 2 Certified Training
Our comprehensive Level 2 training give you in-depth understanding of residential water problems and solutions. You’ll learn about water testing and installation techniques, water treatment technology including softeners, filters, reverse osmosis and ultraviolet, as well as how to treat common problems, like iron, odors and gas.
We offer Level 2 training online through our 10-week webinar course or in-person led by one of our knowledgeable regional sales managers.
